2. Services Provided

We provide the following services through our website and online platform:

• Online appointment booking for consultations (clinic, hospital, or video call)
• Payment processing for consultations via Razorpay
• Access to health information, blog articles, and educational content
• Video consultations via Google Meet or other video call platforms
• Event and health camp registrations

Our services are intended for informational and appointment scheduling purposes. They do not replace in-person medical evaluation, diagnosis, or emergency care.

3. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful personal and medical information.
• Use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Attend scheduled appointments on time or cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our website without prior written consent.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

When you book an appointment through our platform:

• Your booking is confirmed upon successful payment or selection of "Pay Later".
• A confirmation email is sent to the address you provide. Please ensure it is accurate.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Payment Policy.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will notify you as soon as possible.

5. Google Calendar and Meet Integration

For online consultations, our platform may use Google Calendar API to create a Google Meet link and send calendar invitations to both you (the patient) and the doctor. By providing your email address during booking, you consent to:

• Receiving a Google Calendar event invitation at the email address provided.
• Your email address being included as an attendee on the Google Calendar event created on the doctor's calendar.

This integration is governed by Google's Terms of Service. We use Google data solely to facilitate your consultation. See our Privacy Policy for full details on Google API data use.

6. Payments

All online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We do not store your card or bank account details. For refund terms, refer to our Refund & Payment Policy.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Content on this website, including blog posts, health tips, and FAQs, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
